Software Millennia provides AI-powered study tools accessed through a token-based subscription. We may update, improve or change features over time to keep the product useful and safe.
2. Eligibility & accounts
- You must be 13+ (or the minimum age in your country) to create an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
- You must provide accurate, current information and keep it updated.
- One person or legal entity per account, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
3. Tokens, plans and billing
- Each token costs $0.10 (or local equivalent) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Plans, top-ups and bonus tokens are described on the Pricing and Checkout pages.
- Bank transfer is the default method while card and other methods roll out.
- We may change pricing with notice; changes do not affect already-purchased tokens.

5. Acceptable use
You agree to use Software Millennia only for lawful, ethical study purposes. See the Acceptable Use Policy for what is and is not allowed.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of content you upload or create on Software Millennia. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the service to you.
7. AI output
AI responses can be incomplete or inaccurate. Always verify important information before relying on it, especially in academic, medical, legal or financial contexts.
8. Intellectual property
Software Millennia, our logos and our software are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify or reverse-engineer our platform except as permitted by law.
9. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the service, or create legal risk for us or other users. You can close your account at any time.
10. Disclaimers & liability
Software Millennia is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Software Millennia is established, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country apply.
