1. 14-day money-back guarantee
You can request a full refund within 14 days from the date of your first payment, provided you have used no more than 20% of the tokens included in your plan.
2. Eligibility
- The refund window opens on the date your payment is confirmed.
- Refunds apply to the initial plan purchase, not to top-up token packs.
- Bonus tokens and promotional tokens are excluded from the usage cap.
- Repeated refund requests from the same account may not be honoured.
3. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address on your account. Include your order reference and a brief reason — feedback helps us improve.
4. Processing time
- Bank transfer refunds: 3–7 business days back to the originating account.
- Card and PayPal refunds: typically 5–10 business days once enabled.
- Currency conversion fees, if any, are set by your bank or provider.
5. Cancellations & renewals
You can cancel a future renewal at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future charges but does not retroactively refund a prior billing period beyond the 14-day window.
6. Exceptions
We may decline refunds in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of our Acceptable Use Policy or Terms of Service.
